Spa Etiquette
Guest Timeline: We ask that you arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in, fill out any paper work and prepare for your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time, resulting in a less effective treatment. We will do our very best to accommodate your service in the time remaining at the original cost.
Health Problems and Comfort Level: Please notify the technician if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare our staff in advance, so we can provide the best salon service and or spa therapy for you. Do not hesitate to tell us how you are feeling during your service. You comfort and well -being is our utmost concern.
Cancellation Policy: Your visit is an intensive one-on-one experience. A technician is reserved just for you. We request the courtesy of a 24 hour notice in the event a service appointment needs to be cancelled. A 50% no-show fee will apply in the event advance cancellation notice is not given. Appointments booked same day of service will be assessed a no-show fee. Depending on the number of your party or amount of services booked a credit card may be required to hold all appointments. All tanning appointments booked require a 2 hour cancellation notice or a $5 charge will be applied to your account.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased for packages, various services or a dollar amount. Gift Certificates are non refundable but for your convenience are transferable. In lieu of 24 hours notice, 50% of the service/package/dollar amount value is due or forfeited.
